Faculty research and scholarship

Food studies faculty research and scholarship are the foundation of our undergraduate and graduate programs that study structural conditions of inequalities, injustice, and imbalances in the food system in addition to the levers of social change, including social movements, public policy, and equitably organized food and nutrition economies. Impacting individuals, families, and communities locally and globally. Faculty strengths in international trade and human rights augment local and national policy studies.
