On Saturday, May 11, 2019 Falk College held its Convocation celebrating the Class of 2019 that included 494 degree candidates representing six academic departments and schools, and seven degree programs including: 5 Ph.D. students, 299 undergraduates, 155 master’s candidates, and 35 students earning certificates of advanced study. In her remarks, Dean Diane Lyden Murphy encouraged graduates to “be courageous, activist citizens who speak out, stand tall, value others, and respect differences.” She encouraged their return to campus and on-going connection to Falk College and Syracuse University. “While you physically leave Falk College, Falk College never leaves you. You are part of our legacy, and we stand with you as you make your mark as Syracuse University alumni!”
