The Falk College, in conjunction with two of its student organizations, Kappa Omicron Nu, the national honor society program for CFS majors at Syracuse University and the Syracuse University chapter of the Society of Public Health Education (SOPHE) worked together to raise awareness and money to support the McMahon-Ryan Child Advocacy Site during Child Abuse Prevention Month, which is commemorated in April. Last week the group collected donations for paper pinwheels and blue wristbands. On Sunday, April 13, the group planted the pinwheel garden in between the Schine Student Center and Newhouse.
