I am a goal-oriented and determined individual who is dedicated to assisting people in achieving their health goals through nutrition counseling and research. My interest of research is examining the relationship between diet and neurology. In the future, I aspire to become a clinical researcher and a registered dietitian. Outside of work and my studies, I enjoy watching K-dramas, reading, cooking, and baking with friends. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am a Volunteer Coordinator in the Nutrition Education Promotion Association and hold the position of Co-Chair for NYSAND AME. Being a leader in the community provides me with the opportunity to make a positive impact and cultivate the next generation of leaders. Life is short, and I embrace challenges to continually push myself to thrive in every moment.
