Learn more about the Food Studies program at Syracuse University by joining Rick Welsh, Falk Family Endowed Professor and Department Chair of Nutrition and Food Studies for an overview of how climate change and global warming is affecting the production of food in the United States; and how farmers, policy-makers and scientists are responding. Adaptation strategies as well as efforts to mitigate global warming will be highlighted and discussed.
