We would like to invite all interested CFS graduate students to participate in a monthly Research Colloquium that focuses on SEM. The seminar will include presentations, discussions around readings, and hands-on experience with AMOS software. The seminar will meet the first Friday of the month starting in February 2014 from 1– 2:30 p.m. in the Ostrom classroom. The first topic will be: An Introduction to SEM with Drs. Dr. Jaipaul L. Roopnarine was awarded a Nehru Distinguished Visiting Professorship at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Gujarat, India, during the Spring 2014 semester. Deborah Ducett joined the Field Office in the School of Social Work in January as the new director of field education. She received her MSW and BSW from Syracuse University. Her clinical, administrative and academic career has included psychotherapy, case management administration, and teaching in the School of Social Work at the University of South Florida (USF), where she also oversaw student placements and served as advisor and liaison to students in their internship settings.
