Recognizing Outstanding Peer Advisors

The Office of Student Services in Falk College is pleased to recognize the outstanding work of its undergraduate and graduate students for excellence. The Outstanding Peer Advisor Award is presented annually to recognize effective peer advising qualities and practices, including strong interpersonal skills, availability to advisees, caring attitude toward advisees, proactive behavior, and support of the peer advisor training program. This year’s honorees from the Class of 2021 are peer advisors Raylyn Cabrera, a social work major and Max Josef, majoring in sport management.

“Both Raylyn and Max been an outstanding Falk Peer Advisors and have really helped strengthen the Falk College Peer Advisor program with their ideas and attributes,” says Malissa Monaghan, an academic counselor in Falk College’s Office of Student Services and advisor of the Falk Peer Advisor Program.
