Roxanne Tupper, is the administrative assistant in Nutrition and Food Studies. She is a former teacher. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Advertising from S.U. She received a Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science degree in Inclusion Education from LeMoyne College.
