Human development takes place in complex systems, relationships, and environments, and the impact that COVID-19 has had on human development can be best understood by examining how areas of development, such as the physical, social, emotional, and cultural domains, have been affected.
Please join Human Development and Family Science professor Colleen Cameron as we discuss how research and theory translation is incorporated into our internship capstone coursework, and look at some of the highlights from students that have been placed in professional practice agencies serving children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of fields and settings that aim to respond to calls to action in a time of crisis.
This will be an exciting and interactive session, so please come prepared to participate actively in this event. We look forward to hosting you!
