Posting Job and Internship Opportunities
Syracuse University uses Handshake to post employment and internship opportunities for students and alumni. The online system may be used to add new job descriptions or repost positions from previous years.
If you would like assistance with posting positions, please send an email to falkcareers@syr.edu. The Falk Career Services staff will be happy to assist you in creating an Employer account in Handshake and posting position details, including:
- Employer name
- Contact name and email
- Position title
- Type of employment
- Paid/unpaid (if internship)
- Employer description
- Job description
- Documents required: Cover letter, resume, etc.
- Start date
- Location(s)
- Qualifications
- Desired skills
- Level of education required
- Accepting applications: Citizen, permanent resident, non-sponsored international students
