For nearly two decades, Falk College students from the Sport Management Club have hosted a Sports Charity Auction that has raised more than $600,000 for local nonprofit organizations. I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Jane Bloom, MSW, MIPP, a 1969 Syracuse University alumna and engaged Falk College Advisory Board member. Jane was a truly remarkable social worker who devoted her life to improving the lives of refugees who settled in the U.S. and became an influential leader on international refugee policy efforts.
