Faculty research and scholarship
Faculty research and scholarship are the foundation of our undergraduate and graduate programs in nutrition. Topics of focus are wide-reaching and include lifestyles nutrition counseling, vegetarianism, cultural food practices, pediatric nutrition, childhood obesity prevention, sports nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, metabolic physiology, and food and nutrition policy, among many others. Working with nutrition faculty, the Falk College Office of Research Development assists students in working side-by-side on research projects with Falk faculty.
